Logging In

To access an event’s jury, you must log into ZAPP with your juror account. Each juror is assigned a unique username and password by the event administrator.

How to Log In:

  1. Go to admin.zapplication.org
  2. Enter the username and password provided by the event administrator.
    1. If you need to set up a password, enter your email address and username under Forgot Password. The system will email you a link to create a new password. 
  3. Click Log In.
  4. If you are logging in for the first time, you must first choose your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) preference before you can access the ZAPP dashboard. Follow these steps to enable MFA.
  5. Click Main Jury Menu to access the Jury Landing Page.

Profile Details

View and edit your contact details, login information, notification settings, and multi-factor authentication settings in the Profile Details page.

How to Update Your Contact Details:

  1. Log into your ZAPP account. 
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Edit the fields to update your contact details.
  4. Click Save to save the changes. 

 

How to Change Your Password: 

    1. Log into your ZAPP account.  
    2. Click Profile.
    3. Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Note: Passwords must be at least 7 characters, contain at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 number.
    4. Click Save to save your new password.

Notification Settings

Opt into or out of specific notification lists in the Notification Settings section. ZAPP will not send you emails or texts without your permission.

How to Update Your Notification Settings

  1. Log into your ZAPP account. 
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Notification Settings section. 
  4. Select or deselect the notification options based on your preferences. 
  5. Changes will be saved automatically.

Multi-Factor Authentication

By setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you add an extra layer of security to your ZAPP account. When MFA is enabled, you will log in by first entering your password and, when prompted, you will type a dynamically generated verification code provided by email or an authenticator app of your choice.

Important: If you are logging in for the first time, you must first choose your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) preference before you can access the ZAPP dashboard.

How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (recommended):

  1. Once you log in, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Multi-Factor Authentication settings.
  2. Select the method you prefer to have the authentication code delivered to you.
  3. Follow the instructions linked below for instructions on how to set up each MFA method:
    1. How to Set Up MFA – Email Option
    2. How to Set Up MFA – Authenticator App Option (recommended)

Note: If you do not want to set up multi-factor authentication, select Remind Me Later to get a reminder in two weeks. This will require you to select your preference again in two weeks.

How to Log In Using Multi-Factor Authentication:

  1. Log in to admin.zapplication.org with your username and password and click Log In.
  2. When prompted, enter the MFA code that was sent to your email or authenticator app.
    • Select Remember this device? if logging in from a trusted device (such as a computer or browser that only you use). You will be prompted to enter your MFA code on the same device every 90 days.
    • Note: You can remember one ZAPP account (such as your administrator or juror account) per device. We suggest you select Remember this device? for the account you use more frequently. 
  3. Select “Remember this device?” if logging in from a trusted device (such as a computer or browser that only you use). You will be prompted to enter your MFA code on the same device every 90 days.
  4. Click Submit.
