Timeframes
E-Blasts: Emails will be sent on Mondays, Thursdays, or Saturdays. One email is sent per day. Limit two per show per year.
Show Information: Emails will be sent on Wednesday. Two events max will be included in the sponsorship section per week. Limit one per show per year.
Receipt Ads: Receipts are sent to artists after every purchase on ZAPP. Three events can be included per timeframe. Ads will run for two or four weeks and each show can only post for a max of 4 weeks.

General Terms
All marketing options can only be scheduled for shows actively collecting applications on a current contract.
Marketing options are scheduled according to the order the request is received by the ZAPP® team. You should submit your request no later than 10 business days prior to your desired send date.
Upon approval of your request, payment must be submitted within five business days. Dates will not be reserved until payment is remitted. After five business days, your date will become available to other parties.
Approval of your request is not guaranteed. The ZAPP team reserves the right to deny any and all submitted requests.
